Experience, curiosity, and creation
ViesiCCC’s engagement with Culture emerges from the meeting of experience, curiosity, and creation. Different cultural languages and expressions offer distinct ways to observe people, places, societies, and historical moments.
This field can encompass appreciation and research as well as the creation and development of concrete initiatives. Not every exploration must become a project, and a cultural project may take new forms as it develops.
Culture thus becomes a space for learning, creating, experimenting, and connecting different forms of expression and knowledge.

A cultural idea does not need a predefined destination. It may begin with curiosity, research, an encounter, an experience, or an act of creation, and reveal new possibilities as it develops.
At ViesiCCC, this process may involve research, creation, production, collaboration with people and institutions, and projects in different formats.
Some initiatives may remain exploratory; others may become projects, produce works or content, reach different audiences, or create new opportunities for action.
This openness preserves Culture’s exploratory character while allowing an idea, when it has substance and opportunity, to become a concrete achievement.
Culture in connection
Culture has its own place within ViesiCCC, but it is not isolated.
Cultural expression also communicates. A work of art, a film, a space, or a cultural experience can reveal behaviors, relationships, values, and ways of understanding the world.
That is why Culture can connect with Communication and Human Behavior when these perspectives deepen understanding or expand a project’s possibilities.
Integrating fields does not mean erasing their differences. It means allowing perspectives to meet when the question itself calls for it.
